Looking Inside by Beth Kery [REVIEW]

Are you just going to stand there and watch?

Eleanor Briggs just can't help herself. Every night, the sight of the man in the high-rise across the street is driving her wild. She longs to feel his touch up close and personal. To win him over, she'll need to shake off her wallflower sensibilities and become the seductress she never imagined she could be. The only trouble will be finding the perfect way to meet him...

Or are you going to join in?

Sex is easy for millionaire entrepreneur Trey Riordan. Finding something of substance, however, seems impossible. That is until a simple night of reading at a local coffee shop becomes something far steamier when a beautiful brunette comes by and leaves a note telling him to look out his bedroom window at midnight. But when the time comes, neither of them will be truly ready for what follows...

4 Looking Inside Stars
I’m a mega Beth Kery fan. She’s my go-to author for steamy reads. Out of all the Beth Kery books I’ve read, Looking Inside is by far the steamiest book I have read. It’s just different, but elegant and tasteful.

Eleanor has a great view. Across the street in a high rise she gets the view of Trey. He’s handsome, intriguing and from what Eleanor has seen, he’s very good in bed. Eleanor gets the bird’s eye view of Trey’s trysts and she can’t help but stare and watch.

I really like the plot and concept of this book. What would you do if you saw a hot man getting it on? I would be like Eleanor and watch too. How could you not? What I liked best about this book is that it’s not an everyday thing and the whole book isn’t about Eleanor watching Trey.

The beginning sets up the book well and we get a feel of who Eleanor is as a character. She’s recovering from a bad event and she’s looking to break from her quiet and shy mode and into something a little different. She’s been studying Trey and she finally wants to interact with him.

The relationship between Trey and Eleanor is hot. There’s a lot of kinky and taboo stuff that goes on. He also pushes her boundaries and I like that. I also like Trey a lot. He’s a little taken aback by Eleanor but he loves how saucy she is with her revealing outfits and forward attitude. He’s dominate and well-rounded as a Hero.

Overall the book is light but steamy. There’s mild angst, but nothing that will make you pull your hair out. It’s a meaty book so there’s a lot of character build up and development. If you are a Beth Kery fan you will not be disappointed.
