Fallen Heir (The Royals #4) by Erin Watt

These Royals will ruin you.

Easton Royal has it all: looks, money, intelligence. His goal in life is to have as much fun as possible. He never thinks about the consequences because he doesn’t have to.

Until Hartley Wright appears, shaking up his easy life. She’s the one girl who’s said no, despite being attracted to him. Easton can’t figure her out and that makes her all the more irresistible.

Hartley doesn’t want him. She says he needs to grow up.

She might be right.

Rivals. Rules. Regrets. For the first time in Easton’s life, wearing a Royal crown isn’t enough. He’s about to learn that the higher you start, the harder you fall.

4.5 Exceeded My Expectations
I’m just going to type and see what happens. I’m honored to have received an advance copy. I never expect to get an advance copy of any book and it’s always nice when I’m approved. I took a chance on the Royal series and it paid off. I never thought it would be as big as it is now and well it should be because the series is fantastic. It’s crazy to believe that over 900 requests were submitted to receive an advance copy of Fallen Heir. THAT.IS.CRAZY. And a few people submitted false information too. Yes, that’s right, people used fake accounts or more than one email or pretended to be another blog to get their hands on Easton Royal.

I know this is suppose to be my book review, but I just got to say people, The book will come out soon and honestly is it worth it? I’m a firm believer in karma and everything comes back around.
So, Thank you for my copy. I’m very happy and excited that I got to read Fallen Heir and it exceeded my expectations.

First off, I wasn’t a fan of Easton! I know **gasp** right? Look, I didn’t like his attitude in the previous books. I found him annoying and his bad boy personality was a major turn off for me. I’m not into addicts. It’s really hard for me to feel bad for addicts.

Fallen Heir changed my perception of Easton. I love him and I feel like he doesn’t get enough credit. He’s the middle child and the black sheep of the family. He tries SO HARD to do right and ends up messing things up. BUT goodness the boy has a heart of gold and doesn’t that count for something?

I adore Easton’s personality and I adore his pursuit of Hartley. I gobbled each page and I never wanted it to end. I love a Hero chasing after a Heroine and EVERYTIME Easton tried to bug, annoy and charm his way into Hartley life, I smiled.

Hartley is the perfect complement to Easton, meaning she’s everything opposite
of him. She’s driven, she’s good and she doesn’t care about money or titles. She simply wants to live her life and she wants to live it Easton free. If only he would leave her alone.

I loved the first three books in the Royal series, but Easton book’s is a nice change. I love having a new POV and a new storyline. The author’s writing style is still there giving you plenty of drama, angst and jaw dropping moments that make you want more.

I’ll read this series forever and I never want it to end. Oh and I say this in every review, so I’ll say it now. I really want Daddy Royal’s book. Just saying **wink wink, nudge nudge.
